1. Processing Time

Every Luxe Aura order is prepared with precision and care.

  • Standard Processing: 12–24 hours

  • Peak Seasons & Launch Days: 24–48 hours

  • Orders placed after 7 PM (UAE time) are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order is confirmed and dispatched.


2. Shipping Within UAE

We offer fast & reliable delivery across all Emirates.

  • Standard Delivery: 24–48 hours

  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai only): Available for orders placed before 2 PM

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all UAE addresses

Delivery partners: Aramex / Jeebly / Quiqup / Amazon Logistics / Local couriers


3. GCC Shipping

Available for:

🇶🇦 Qatar

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days

  • Payment: Prepaid only


4. International Shipping

  • Carriers: DHL Express / FedEx / UPS

  • Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier link

  • Real-time delivery updates

Tracking is automatically sent to your email or WhatsApp.


6. Shipping Fees

  • UAE: Free 

  • GCC: Calculated at checkout

  • Rest of World: Calculated based on country, courier, and weight

Special offers or free shipping may apply during campaigns.


7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Our team will contact you

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact our support within 24 hours

  • Provide unboxing video + photos for verification

  • We will offer replacement or store credit after review

We ensure strict packaging to protect every Luxe Aura bottle.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • No response from the customer

  • Repeated missed delivery attempts

Re-delivery charges will apply.
